Women's Ministry

At New Hope, our women mean alot to us which is why we try to cultivate lasting friendships and encourage one another to be real. To accomplish this, we have selected some special events to build us spiritually and relationally as women. We hope you can join us!

In May, we gather at the church for "My Time". This is a celebration for women, usually done the Saturday before Mother's Day, where we come together and celebrate how unique and special we are as women. We always have a "surprise" guest share her life's story, enjoy a fabulous luncheon and participate in a raffle (with GREAT prizes, overnite stays, etc.) which covers the cost of this outreach event.

Then in September, we attend a fabulous 3-day mountain retreat at Pinecrest Conference Center near Lake Arrowhead. The speaker, worship, beauty of nature and non-stop fun with our "sisters" in Christ makes this retreat something you won't want to miss.

In between these special events, we have a women's growth group and we offer service projects periodically such as making cookie jars for our benevolence ministry to give to their clients or sending care packages to deployed airmen.
